NEW PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN THE U.S. HAITIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND THE HAITIAN ARTISTS ASSEMBLY OF MASSACHUSETTS
The Haitian American Business Expo, Inc. (HABEXPO) / U.S. Haitian Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (U.S. Haitian Chamber) is pleased to announce a partnership with the Haitian Artists Assembly of Massachusetts (HAAM) to help raise awareness worldwide about Haitian culture in general, promote the work of individual artists, while demonstrating the economic sustainability and viability of art and culture in the New England area. HABEXPO / U.S. Haitian Chamber will feature artworks and other cultural productions of members of HAAM on its website and various platforms and offer a platform for arts amateurs and collectors to interface with the artists.
About the Haitian Artists Assembly of Massachusetts:
The Haitian Artists Assembly of MA was founded in 1995 in Boston currently regroups some 40 members. It has significantly contributed to promote Haitian culture, and visual arts in particular in New England, has supported humanitarian causes by raising awareness, or helping to raise funds to address. HAAM recently released its first anthology of New England artists “Migrating Colors: Haitian Art in New England” featuring 30 artists and their artworks.
